Most teams measure activity.
Almost none measure value.

You can tell your CFO how many bots ran last month. You cannot tell them what those bots were worth. Toro Automate — powered by ToroPulse — closes that gap with process-level ROI intelligence built from your own telemetry, your own burdened rates, and a derivation model you can put in front of a board.

  • Process-level ROI calculations with full audit derivation panels
  • Governed AI executive summaries — board-presentable, not black-box
  • Native support for Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, n8n & Tines
  • Epic, Cerner, DMO & Business Central integration experience
  • Implementation by active clinical healthcare automation practitioners

Toro Pulse — Capabilities

Process Datasheets
Dedicated datasheet per monitored process: execution metrics, throughput profile, runtime benchmarks, and full ROI derivation — manually created or auto-generated from telemetry.
Core Intelligence
Governed AI Insights
AI executive summaries tied to real session telemetry. Provider, model, version, prompt, latency, and token metadata all tracked. Generate → Approve → Reject workflow for full governance.
AI Layer
Telemetry Ingestion
JSON payloads via API endpoint or drag-and-drop. Supports Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, n8n, and Tines across process, infrastructure, and combined master payloads.
Multi-Platform
Projected ROI Model
Placement-aware model (Augmented or Displaced) calculating capacity recovered, annual capacity value, compliance value, rework costs avoided, and net benefit vs. licensing — with full derivation panel.
Financial Intelligence
Payload Analyzer
Decodes and validates any RPA telemetry payload. Identifies schema mismatches, missing fields, and ingestion failures before they silently corrupt your ROI data.
Diagnostics

The practitioner who built the tool.

"Most automation teams can measure bot activity. Almost none can measure bot value. I built ToroPulse to close that gap — because I face that challenge every single week."

Christina Morales is a Principal Automation Developer, where she leads Blue Prism automation across clinical and financial operations. She is not a former practitioner. She is a current one, writing code and managing live process performance in a regulated healthcare environment right now.

That practitioner foundation is what makes every Toro Automate engagement different. The Toro Pulse platform was not built in a product studio — it was built to solve a problem our consultants encounter personally every week. When advising a client on ROI governance, our team draws on direct, current, verifiable experience in the same environment their clients operate in.

Frequently Asked

What is the difference between ToroPulse and Toro Automate consulting?
Every engagement has two separate components. ToroPulse is the platform — you subscribe directly to ToroPulse for platform access and AI processing credits ($9.99–$89.99/mo). Toro Automate consulting is our advisory service, paid separately — it covers implementation, onboarding, ongoing ROI advisory, reporting, and strategic guidance. Think of it as: ToroPulse is the instrument; our consultants are the experts who help you play it and interpret what it's telling you.
What industries and automation platforms do you serve?
Primary focus is healthcare (hospital systems, specialty clinics, health plans) and insurance (P&C, life, benefits administration). The platform supports Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, n8n, and Tines. Our lead consultant's current clinical experience at Shriners Children's is specific to Blue Prism in Epic/Cerner environments — making them the strongest possible guide for that particular combination.
What does the implementation fee cover?
The implementation fee covers the full onboarding setup: ToroPulse workspace configuration, telemetry integration, process datasheet build for up to 5 processes, burdened rate calibration for your organization's labor costs, and a first ROI report review session. It represents 8–12 hours of consultant time and is invoiced before the monthly retainer begins. It also acts as a commitment filter — it ensures every engagement starts with a client who is serious about the work.
Are retainers month-to-month or long-term contracts?
All retainers start month-to-month. After 90 days of active engagement, annual agreements are offered with an effective two-month discount. There is no minimum commitment beyond the initial implementation fee and first retainer month. The structure is designed to earn your continued engagement through demonstrated value, not lock you in contractually.
How much time will this require from our team?
Minimal. The implementation requires an initial investment of time to connect telemetry and configure your process datasheets — typically 2–4 hours from your automation team. Once live, the Essential tier requires roughly 60 minutes per month on your end (the review call). The Advisory tier requires approximately 90 minutes per month across bi-weekly calls. Everything else is async and handled by our consultant. The model is designed for busy technical and operations leaders who don't have time to babysit a new system.
What makes Toro Automate different from other automation advisory firms?
Our lead consultant is not a former practitioner advising from memory. They are actively leading automation projects — this week. No competitor can credibly claim current, live clinical healthcare automation experience alongside a purpose-built ROI platform. When our consultant says they understand your problem, they mean they dealt with a version of it yesterday. That practitioner authenticity is the differentiator the market cannot replicate.
Who is the ideal client for Toro Automate?
Mid-size regional health systems or insurers (200–2,000 employees) that already have automation running but cannot clearly prove its value. Common trigger scenarios: an upcoming CFO or board review, a new CIO asking "what did we actually get for this investment," or an automation team that has been asked to quantify ROI and currently has no structured way to answer. If your team can measure bot activity but not bot value — that is exactly who this is built for.
